No. pk9 strictly enforces a one-Account-per-player policy. If you've forgotten your login details, use the password reset function on the pk9 Login page or contact support.

Go to the pk9 Login page and click "Forgot Password." Enter the email address linked to your Account and pk9 will send you a password reset link. The link is valid for 30 minutes. If you don't receive the email, check your spam or junk folder. If you're still having trouble, contact pk9 support via live chat — available 24/7 in English and Filipino.

You can request Account closure at any time by contacting pk9 support. Before closing, make sure to withdraw any remaining balance. If you're closing your Account due to concerns about problem gambling, we strongly encourage you to use the self-exclusion option instead — this prevents re-registration and provides stronger protection. Deposits & Withdrawals

pk9 supports payment methods that are widely used and trusted by Filipino players. Accepted options include GCash, PayMaya / Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). pk9 does not accept credit card deposits or any form of cryptocurrency, in compliance with current Philippine payment regulations.

GCash and Maya deposits are typically credited to your pk9 Account instantly or within a few minutes. Bank transfers may take up to one banking business day depending on your bank and the time of transfer. Debit card deposits are usually processed within minutes. If your deposit hasn't appeared after the expected timeframe, contact pk9 support with your transaction reference number and we'll investigate promptly.

To withdraw, log in to your pk9 Account, navigate to the Cashier section, and select Withdrawal. Choose your preferred method (GCash, Maya, or bank transfer), enter the amount, and confirm. Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for your most recent deposit where possible. Most withdrawals are processed within 24 hours; bank transfers may take one to three business days. Your Account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal can be processed.

Yes. pk9 sets minimum transaction amounts to keep the platform running smoothly. The minimum deposit is ₱100 for GCash and Maya, and ₱500 for bank transfers. The minimum withdrawal is ₱500 across all methods. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified Accounts, though large transactions may be subject to additional verification in line with AMLC requirements.

Common reasons for withdrawal delays include incomplete KYC verification, an active bonus with pending wagering requirements, a mismatch between your Account name and your payment method name, or a pending security review. pk9 may also request additional documentation for large withdrawals as part of our anti-money laundering obligations. If your withdrawal has been pending for more than 48 hours, contact support with your transaction ID for a status update.
Bonuses & Promotions

Welcome bonuses at pk9 are typically credited automatically when you make your first qualifying deposit. Make sure you've completed KYC verification before depositing, as unverified Accounts are not eligible for bonuses. Some promotions require a bonus code — if so, enter it in the designated field during the deposit process. No. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements have been met. If you request a withdrawal while a bonus is active, pk9 may forfeit the bonus balance and any winnings generated from it before processing your withdrawal of real-money funds.
