Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on the pk9 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change. pk9 is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate Account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk9 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify pk9 immediately via the support contact provided on the Platform.
pk9 reserves the right to refuse Account registration or to close an existing Account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.
pk9 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified in the Payments section of the Platform and may be updated from time to time. Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.

Non-live games on pk9 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine outcomes. Live dealer games use physical equipment operated by trained dealers in a controlled studio environment, with sessions recorded for audit purposes.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — including disconnection, server error, or software fault — pk9 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the Player's Account. Where a round has been completed and the outcome recorded prior to the malfunction, that outcome stands.
pk9 does not guarantee any specific return-to-player (RTP) outcome for any individual session. Published RTP figures represent long-term statistical averages across a large number of game rounds and are not indicative of results in any single session.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk9 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
pk9 reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and to take appropriate action, including immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
All content on the pk9 Platform — including but not limited to the pk9 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, and software — is the intellectual property of pk9 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of pk9.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk9 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
pk9's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pk9 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
pk9 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We recognise that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic. The Platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion.
If you believe your gambling is no longer recreational and is causing harm to yourself or others, we strongly encourage you to use the self-exclusion tool available in your Account settings, or to contact our support team to have restrictions applied immediately.
pk9 reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any Account where there is evidence of problem gambling behaviour, including at the request of a third party acting in the Player's best interests.
You may close your pk9 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance (net of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the pk9 Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting pk9 customer support. pk9 will endeavour to respond to and resolve complaints within a reasonable timeframe.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent pk9 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.
pk9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, pk9 will notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.
The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document. Your continued use of the pk9 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
